I'm pleased to announce that we have been named in the agents' shortlist for the ESTAS for 2023. This follows our placing as the Bronze award winners in the category of Best Estate Agent (North West) for the 2022 ceremony.
The ESTAS is the biggest and most prestigious awards bash in the Estate Agency industry, and is certainly important to us, as the nominees and eventual winners are decided purely through customer reviews. This year's ceremony takes place at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane, in London, in October.
Being nominated is a fantastic achievement in itself, and means we have achieved the ESTAS Standard of Excellence. This demonstrates our commitment to great customer service, and is through our customer reviews, who in all have given us a 99.4% approval rating during the 2022-23 review year, and a 98.8% rating overall since we joined the ESTAS platform.
As ever, there are several categories relating to region and sector, and the ones we've been shortlisted for are
Best Estate Agent, North West (Sales)
Best Letting Agent, North West (Tenants)
By virtue of the above, we're also eligible for the Best in Postcode award for the WN postcode area, and the top award of Best Estate Agent for the entire UK.
