We're delighted to announce that we won the Silver Award in the category of Estate Agent of the Year, for the North West Region at the ESTAS Customer Service Awards
The ESTAS is the Estate Agency industry's most prestigious annual awards ceremony, which this year took place at the Grosvenor House hotel on London's Park Lane. The honours themselves are awarded based on numbers and quality of the customer service reviews achieved by individual estate agencies.
To be rated second in the entire North West Region is a tremendous honour, and an improvement on our 2022 Bronze Award, both of which demonstrate our commitment to making our customers happy.
