I'm really pleased to announce today that my little business has been invited to join the Federation of Independent Estate Agents, and that we have accepted the invitation to join them.
I couldn't be more pleased, as the FIA carry out a high amount of due diligence before allowing independent estate agents to join them; basically we have to prove to them that customer service is at the heart of everything we do, and we have to back that up with reviews and testimonials. The reason for that, is that the FIA are committed to raising and maintaining standards in our industry, and they are values that we share with them.
We're the only FIA accredited estate agent in Skelmersdale, and to date, West Lancashire. We're very proud of that.
